FAQs

What hours can we visit residents?

Anytime – 24 hours per day, seven days a week. However, for security, the doors are locked in the evening. A Garden Villa employee will open the door after hours.

When do the meals get served in the units?

Bloomington
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 4:30 p.m.

Bedford
Breakfast: 6:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m.
Dinner: 4 p.m.

Can we bring our pets into the facility?

Yes, on a leash and with current vaccination records on hand.

Does Garden Villa allow smoking for residents?

No, we maintain nonsmoking facilities.

Does Garden Villa allow guests to smoke?

Guests may smoke outside in designated areas.

Can we bring in snacks and gifts to our loved ones?

Yes, in appropriate storage containers.

Can I come eat with my loved one?

Yes, for a nominal fee.

Can I get a list of general costs for my family member’s stay?

Yes. Please contact either the Bloomington or Bedford facility directly to request this information.
