Terrie Gill, RN
Director of Nursing, Bedford
Terrie Gill is the director of nursing at Garden Villa Bedford. In 1991, Terrie earned her LPN at Ivy Tech South Bend. In 1995, she received her RN from Indiana University Northwest in Gary, IN. Terrie obtained the National Council of Dementia Practitioners certification in 2007. She currently holds 20 years of long-term care experience.
Stacey Hubbell, RN, HFA
Administrator, Bloomington
Stacey Hubbell serves as the administrator for Garden Villa Bloomington. She has worked with Garden Villa for more than 14 years, serving in various roles including assistant director of nursing, director of nursing and clinical director at both facilities. Stacey obtained her RN degree from Vincennes University in 1996, working in long-term care since. She received her Health Facility Administrator license in 2008.
Stacey is a member of the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce.
Dianne Huestis, HFA
Administrator, Bedford
Dianne Huestis is the administrator at the Bedford facility. Dianne has worked in long-term care since she earned her administration degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis in 1990. She joined the Garden Villa team in 1997. Dianne moved to her current position as administrator at the Bedford location in May of 2010.
Dianne previously served as a member of the Indiana Health Care Association and the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Bedford Chamber of Commerce.
Tammy Cain, RN
Director of Nursing, Bloomington
Tammy Cain, a Bloomington native, is the director of nursing for Garden Villa Bloomington. Tammy first received experience in health care working as an aide at Garden Villa Bloomington while attending Edgewood High School, located in Ellettsville. She graduated from Ivy Tech in 1986 from the LPN program. Cain spent 12½ years at Bloomington Convalescent Center where she gained most of her long-term care experience, holding positions of charge nurse, unit supervisor, staff development and MDS nurse to assistant director of nursing. In 1999, Tammy graduated from Indiana Wesleyan with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Before her job with Garden Villa, she had six years’ experience as the director of nursing in a 40-bed facility. Tammy holds several certificates in long-term care, general nursing skills and advanced staff education.
